![]() The more time you have at the end the more of your own interpretation you can add in to balance out the use of quotes. Preferably at least 2-3 but start with 1. Make sure that for every quote and paraphrase you have at least one sentence of your own interpretation of the meaning/importance/relevance of that information. ![]() A couple of big block quotes can extend your page number (try to make them meaningful/have a reason for using a large quote like that). Convert at least half of what you copy pasted into paraphrasing (change wording/restate without quotes, but still cite it at the end of the sentence w/ author and p. Then go through the Google doc and organize it into your outline. Make sure to put it in quotes include the page number when you copy paste so you don't forget to do that later. So my recommend method for a speedy research paper is to find your articles/sources, read through them and copy paste a bunch of the important bits into a Google doc. Also I think I found the best motivation of all, your IEP provider asking if your essay is done. 1561 words and 15 citations later I finished it on time. Anyone have some tips to get this done and with some quality? It’s a research paper where we choose a topic to write about. I’m not doing very well in the class and I need it done on time to get the best grade. Does anyone have any advice for getting this done because it is late it automatically loses a letter grade each day it is late, so if it’s one day late and it was an A it goes to B two days late a C. So I’ve been procrastinating for two months and I have a 1500 word essay due in two days.
